TechYogis — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future mobile games and
applications published by TechYogis ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play,
the Apple App Store, and other platforms (each, an "App"). A single policy governs
our entire catalog; we do not maintain a separate policy for each App. By using any
of our Apps you agree to this policy.
1. Two types of Apps
Our data practices depend on each App's stated target audience on its store
listing:
- Children's Apps (listed in Google Play's Designed for
Families / children's programs or equivalent): these comply with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable child-privacy
laws (including GDPR child provisions). In these Apps, any advertising is
non-personalized only, we do not use
advertising identifiers to track or behaviorally target children, and we do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- General-audience Apps (rated 13+ and not directed to
children — for example our tycoon, simulation, puzzle and casual titles):
these may use personalized advertising and a device
advertising identifier, as described below.
2. Information we collect
None of our Apps require you to create an account, and we do not
ask for or collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number,
or postal address, nor your photos, contacts, files, microphone, camera, or precise
GPS location. Any nickname, avatar, or profile choice made inside a game is stored
only on your device and is never sent to us.
Depending on the specific App, we and our service providers may automatically
collect the following limited technical data:
- Device & advertising identifiers — e.g. the device
advertising ID (general-audience Apps), app-instance ID, and similar
identifiers.
- Device & technical information — device model, operating
system version, language, and similar diagnostics.
- Approximate location — coarse, IP-address-derived region
(not precise GPS).
- App activity & analytics — in-app events and interactions
used to understand usage and improve our Apps.
- Crash & performance data — diagnostic logs that help us
fix problems.
- Purchase records — for optional in-app purchases, processed
by the platform's billing system. We do not collect or store
your payment or financial details.
- Push & notification tokens — where an App offers reminders
or notifications.
- Optional sign-in identifiers — only if an App offers an
optional gaming service sign-in (e.g. Google Play Games), in which case a
gaming/account identifier may be used to save progress, achievements, or
leaderboards. Sign-in is always optional.
Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not
collected by us unless you opt into an optional cloud-save or sign-in feature.
3. Third-party services we use
Our Apps may use reputable third-party services, which process the data above
under their own privacy policies. Depending on the App, these may include:
- Google AdMob and ad-mediation partners — advertising.
- Google Analytics for Firebase — analytics.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash and performance reporting.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging / local notifications — reminders
and notifications.
- Google Play Billing (and the App Store equivalent) — in-app
purchases.
- Google Play Games Services — optional sign-in, achievements
and leaderboards.
See Google's privacy policy:
policies.google.com/privacy.
4. How information is used
- To operate core features and save your progress.
- To display and measure advertising.
- To analyze usage, fix crashes, and improve our Apps.
- To process optional in-app purchases.
- To send reminders or notifications you have enabled.
5. Sharing of information
Technical data is processed by our service providers (named above) under their
own policies. For general-audience Apps, advertising providers may share advertising
data with partners to serve and measure ads. We do not sell your
personal information, and we do not share data with advertisers in children's Apps
for personalized advertising.
6. Children
For Apps directed to children we follow COPPA and the platform's Families policy:
only non-personalized ads, no use of advertising IDs to track or target children,
and no collection of personal information. Our general-audience Apps are
not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided data through any App, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights & choices
- Advertising: reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out
of ad personalization, in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Access & deletion: email us to request access to or
deletion of any data associated with your device.
- Uninstall: removing an App stops all further collection and
deletes locally stored data.
- EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) residents have
additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, and to object to
or opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where
required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard
contractual clauses) under the relevant providers' terms.
9. Data security & retention
Data transmitted by our Apps and service providers is encrypted in transit
(HTTPS/TLS). Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic data are retained according to
the service providers' standard retention periods, after which they are deleted or
anonymized.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on
this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after a change
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
